Adam Goldberg [LINK]
An actor, writer, director and producer, Goldberg can currently be seen in HBO's "Entourage". He had a recurring role on "Friends" and has had major roles in films such as Stephen Speilberg's Saving Private Ryan, Edtv, Dazed and Confused, The Salton Sea with Val Kilmer, The Prophecy with Christopher Walken, How To Lose A Guy in 10 Days and Deja Vu with Denzel Washington. His latest film, "2 Days In Paris" opens nationwide August 10 and co-stars Julie Delpy. He talks to us about his movies, his neurosis and what he does to stay in shape for his movie roles.

Chris Shugart [LINK]
Chris Shugart is a feature writer and editor for T-Nation.com. Over the years, he's published hundreds of articles, essays, interviews, and exposés. Chris has traveled to Thailand and Mexico as a journalist to write investigative reports on the drug scene. He's also consulted with television producers and has appeared on HBO's Real Sports as well as several national radio programs. If you had to put a label on him, you could call Chris an expert in hard-hitting motivation and the psychological aspects of fat loss and hypertrophy. Chris is also the creator of the Velocity Diet, a radical fat loss program that promises not only to knock the blubber off fast, but positively change your attitude toward nutrition and crush junk food cravings forever!

Cassandra Forsythe

Cassandra is currently a PhD student at the University of Connecticut (ranked as the #1 Doctoral Kinesiology program in the United States) studying exercise science and nutrition. She received her MS in Human Nutrition and Metabolism in 2004 and her BSc in Nutrition and Food Science with Distinction in 2002 from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. At UConn, Cassandra studies under Jeff Volek, PhD RD researching the effects of low carbohydrate ketogenic diets on risk factors for heart disease, diabetes, and weight loss. She is responsible for leading the ketogenic research projects, analyzing the research data, and interpreting the results. She also works as a nutritional educator and weight loss coach in several other research projects and assists with the exercise training and testing.

In her time at UConn thus far, Cassandra has been involved in the publication of six peer-reviewed scientific papers, ranging in focus from the nutritional needs of athletes, to the misconceptions surrounding dietary saturated fat:
